Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed. 56ph reserves the right to hold funds in an unverified account for up to 30 days pending document submission. After 30 days without response, the account may be closed and funds handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
56ph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, InstaPay, and bank transfer to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 56ph platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
